Social Media Manager

The Social Media Manager will be responsible for building and strengthening Wooble's digital presence across social media platforms. This role focuses on content planning, content creation, community engagement, founder branding, and social media campaign execution. The ideal candidate is creative, trend-aware, and passionate about storytelling, audience growth, and brand building. About this role

What you'll do

  • Manage and maintain Wooble's social media presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
  • Plan and execute monthly content calendars aligned with marketing and business objectives.
  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging posts, stories, reels, and social media campaigns.
  • Coordinate with design, content, and marketing teams to develop high-quality content.
  • Monitor audience engagement and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries.
  • Support founder branding initiatives through content planning and promotion.
  • Research industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging social media opportunities.
  • Track and analyze social media performance metrics and campaign effectiveness.
  • Assist in driving brand awareness, audience growth, and lead generation.
  • Stay updated with platform algorithm changes and social media best practices.

What we're looking for

  • Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in Social Media Management, Digital Marketing, Content Creation, or related fields.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good understanding of LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and social media platforms.
  • Basic knowledge of content planning and social media analytics.
  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Enthusiasm for digital marketing, branding, and content creation.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
