She tried apps. Unreliable. She asked people. No one knows. This isn’t one city. It’s every commuter, every route, every day—people building buffer time just to deal with uncertainty. Build a coding-first solution that gives commuters real-time, reliable, and actionable information about their ride. Not static routes. Not old data. Live signals. Smart decisions. Instant clarity—right in their pocket. Bonus if it works on low data, basic phones, or even WhatsApp—because real users don’t always have perfect tech

Deliverables

Build a working, code-based solution (app, web app, or bot — no static prototypes)
